Labour & COIDA Reports

Labour & COIDA Reports

Employment Equity reports (SA Labour workspace)

These read from employee data (race, gender, occupational level, disability), so accurate employee records are the prerequisite.

Report What it shows
EE Workforce Profile Workforce composition by race, gender, occupational level and disability.
EEA2 Income Differentials Income differential analysis for Employment Equity compliance.
EEA4 Employment Equity Plan Numerical targets and progress against them.

Use these to prepare your annual Employment Equity submissions. Filter by company and the reporting period.

Skills development (SA Labour)

While not "reports" in the strict sense, the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) records summarise planned vs completed training for the SETA submission, and Skills Development Record captures individual interventions.

COIDA (SA COIDA workspace)

The COIDA Annual Return is the Return of Earnings working paper. It totals employee earnings for the assessment year (1 March – end February), applies the per-employee earnings cap, and calculates the assessment using your industry rate. In the full payroll suite it can pull earnings straight from submitted salary slips.

To prepare it: open COIDA Annual Return → New, set the company and assessment year, fetch earnings, review the capped totals and assessment, then export for the Compensation Fund. Cross-check the total against the Payroll Register for the same period.
